LMAO. You and about every other 16-30 year old Supra buyer in the early mid-late 2000's (myself included)!
Supra? check
Turbo? check
Boost Controller/washers? check
BHG? ...wait for it...... ok, yeah, check!
I'd be shocked if the zinc plating added more than 5% strength to a fastener like that.
Your squirters look odd. I'll try to find pics from one of my previous builds. I definitely have pics of the new ones, but perhaps not the old.
I would be very surprised if genuine Toyota parts (critical...

I think I have all the parts in stock, but I can verify if lead time is important to you.
You can wire it up any way you like, but I provide some quick'n'easy T-taps to clamp onto the cigarette lighter power wires. If it's just a reference...
Overtorqued.
Either your torque wrench is off or the assembly lube added enough lubrication that the bolt was under far more stress than designed before the wrench registerred the correct value. Maybe both.
"Custom" can mean anything so I think this is hard to answer.
IMO, there are very few really well-made custom pieces for the mk3 Supra. There's a lot of functional parts, but very few that have perfect fit and finish.
I'd weigh each decision on its own, but generally I'll go whatever route has...
Whoa. I had no idea such a cheap thing existed. That seems... awesome. Combine that with a custom downpipe and you've got a wealth of turbo options.
Is that cast manifold any good? Anybody have that?
Maybe this is a dumb question, but what bolt are you waiting for?
I tested the fuel system on my 90 1-2 years ago and the kit I rented from the local parts store provided every bolt/gasket needed to test. Maybe you're trying to do something a bit more complicated than a fuel pressure test?
I'm anxious for you to figure this thing out. Won't idle, won't rev, horns randomly going off, haha. You've got quite the piece of work there!
It'll be quite satisfying, I would think, once you're able to get it cleaned up and "fixed".
Reminds me of Hommer and Lamerossa (spellings?). Tons of work put into something I just don't get. Granted, this is all on the same level of "STANCE" stuff that's pretty popular now. I just don't get it and it's a waste and a shame in my eyes... but to someone... it's worth it.
Agreed. This site is literally why I got into the MK3 and why at 20 years old with almost no mechanic experience beyond basic driveway oil changes I didn't hesitate to tear into the transmission and engine immediately after buying a mk3. If you're willing to put in the time to research on here...
Check Craigs for multimeters, too. I got an old Fluke for $40 or something. 10 years later it's still in my toolbox. Paying full retail for a good name-brand multimeter can be hard to swallow for the average DIY'er. Craigslist is a great place to check to get good stuff at a steep discount...
