keep an eye on the fluid levels, keep an eye on oil pressure. go drive it for 100 miles on little or come back and tell me how its doing. ECU may have to relearn a bit, also if its going to throw a code, it wouldn't do it in a short drive to the gas station, its usually at least 20 miles or so...
