hey man im having almost the same problem i can roll the passengerside window down with the driver side button but i can not roll it up with the driver side button just on the passenger side..

V-mount IC....its the stock IC setup for the MKIII basicly it sits at a slant instead of blocking the radiator.....a mix between a FMIC and a TMIC
