So today i pulled my head. I have also pulled the engine and tranny before. So My debate is i think its easier to pull the motor then pull the head off. Then to just pull the head off . So does any body else agree? Plus pulling the whole motor you can check it all over at the same time. But...

Sounds like it needs to be bleed some more. Also check to see if the master cylinder is leaking on the inside of the car. I have had two supras that leaked there. Also thanks hvy for the Gatorade idea!!

Just depends on how much sweat and bloody knuckles you are willing to put into your car. If you just got this car there are a lot more things you need to work on then just the tranny. That being said 154s are almost indestructible so yes is defiantly worth the swap if you can afford to do it.

ya id check the ic piping first for leaks. then drop the tank its pretty easy to do as long as you have two people to do it.

Charge the battery we got a brand new red top and it was dead from the get go.
