Here is my set up. 550s Lexus maf, walbero255, aeromative afpr set at 40 psi, 6a fuel lines in and out of the fuel rail, apexi neo, innovated wide band.
So no to my prob I'm ideling at about 1k till warm then idle is never consistent. Afr's at idle are 15.7 to 16. I have the neo at + 10 on...
That's the line of death lol. It plugs into the back side of the head ya pretty sure you need it man. You will need a 90 degree hose that you can get from napa and it's a bitch to get on.
ya god i wish i would just read more. Just read supracentrel's post on fuel cut. So if i read it correctly all i need is 550 injectors,Lexus sc 400 or Ls 400 afm, and a wide band correct on a stock ct26? I have all that with a apxi neo and afpr and the 6n lines with a walboro pump. So do i even...
Ya I'm learning the hard way block is board to 87 mm so now I'm just going to learn from my mistakes. I have a nice clean motor that is in the car at the moment that I can make my big hp build guess I'll learn from this from this build. But I will make this one a 500 build and learn as I go.
Ok cool thank you for that info man that's what I was looking for. And ya the motor has already been bored the the probe specs. So hopping the coating and water meth injection will help keep them cool enough for my hp goals.
No not e85. Was planning on getting them ceramic coated and I don't understand why they couldn't handle those numbers either. Guess we will find out. Supraguy did you have to sand any sharp edges off your pistions.
Thanks cy for that link I did need that info for sure but I was reading another post by van that he sanded the rough edges down and I would like to know how he did that.
So what do I need to do to these pistions to make them work? I have already gone threw each pistion and removed all the access shavings on them next plan is to have them ceramic coated. But I keep seeing that the sharp edges need to be ground down but witch ones?
You need a TIMING LIGHT!!!!!you will almost need 2 people to time it it's alot easier. One holding the timing light and one adjusting the cps. Did you use a jumper wire in the dig box not and e1?
