No problems. Just trying to keep you from possibly getting an infraction.
I guess the turbos really only have to last about 24 hours. Not including practice time qualifying. Im sure they'll get replaced before the next race.
It's kind of an automatic..maybe? Buick GN's didn't have BOV's and they were all autos. Unless this has the new 6-speed manual.
BTW this belongs in "Other Cars"
Looking good Ryan! Engine bay is a lot cleaner with the turbo outlet facing down. You just have to relocate the PS stuff to get it to work right like that?
I realized I never posted a pic of my gun.
Browning 9mm. I'm not sure if they make this model anymore.
I love it. It can shoot better than I can so far.
You probably have the beginning of a BHG. Some signs are worse than others and sometimes the gasket is compromised in different places but it sounds like you have BHG.
I got a TI83 in highschool and am still using it in college.
You HAVE to have one for stastics and Business Stats. since it's all T and Z tests pretty much. And screw doing square roots by hand.
Im using Excel more than anything in Bus. Stats. right now. Ah, my last math class required for my...
3M window weld is what i've used to install a windshield before. It's just RTV polyurethane pretty much. Only auto store I could find it at was Advanced but you might be able to find it somewhere else. I think a tube was $13 and you'll need a caulk gun.
It might be a good idea to just remove...
Just check your coolant and oil religiously! If coolant starts disappearing and/or your oil starts turning milky then do NOT drive your car anymore.
I did the retorque to 72 when I stuck my JDM engine in at the HG only lasted 2500 miles. It's been going strong for over 6k miles at 10-12 psi...
A BOV venting to atmosphere will make make your engine load up when shifting and usually cause an afterfire or just a big puff of black smoke when you shift. It could also cause your engine to die if you just lift off the gas while in neutral.
I have the stock bypass valve still routed back...
Hmm.. I'll check the dashpot and throttle linkage stuff tomorrow. I am having a problem sometimes with my my throttle getting hung open at small pedal increments when the engine is stone cold. Sometimes when I first drive it in the morning it will stay/go up to ~2000rpm while I shift instead of...
No.
Backfiring as in a pop sometimes when you shift? Most turbo Supra's do this.
Every now and then I will get a fireball when I shift. My timing is right on, plugs are fairly new.. Just have a 3" turbo back exhaust, intake and boost is at 10 psi. Everything else is stock..
