    WHat exactly causes fuel cut?

I havent done any air fuel tuning yet, but i would think that a SAFC type controller would be very handy in doing this. Theres so many how to's on this site as far as the steps to achieve your goals goes. I'd suggest looking through some of those. Its not so easy to just up the boost to fuel cut...

    Under hood insulation

I dont think it so much absorbs heat, i think it produces more of a spreading action instead of the heat coming up and concentrating on one spot ( probably eventually have a heat spot on your hood above the turbo side)

How do I shine up dull paint?

depends on how bad it is, maybe some polishing compound then some wax would do it some good, but maybe the clearcoat is just shit now rendereing it about as useful as polishing a turd.

stock is @ or around 6.8 like he said, if you were pushin the limits of the stock boost gauge without any mods, something must have been wrong, or changed.

    Hoods, carbon fiber?

Its not all bout the look though, The stock hood is heavy, Whereas carbon fiber isnt :icon_bigg. not only is it less to lift up ( cuz god knows us 7m people are under the hood constantly) but it also saves some weight on that heavy front end.

    Wheel angle / \ question.

That is what we call excessive camber, you get that because of the angles of your suspension are set for a certain height. Like Ij said, the rear isnt as adjustable as the front, but when you're creative you can find ways about it. Set her on an alignment rack and goto town
