No cold start. Idle valve yes, and 4 vacuum ports. NOTE: on the coolant nipple that is on your stock runners, you'll have to remove that from your stock runners, and tap the hole thats on the K's manifold to fit the port for that coolant line. Its just 1/8" NTP thread

In my original issue, I could look thru the res like the 2nd picture, everything was clean and clearly visible, still the old res was "bad". Had all appearances and symptoms of a GOOD reservoir but right when I put another one in, problem gone

I'd like to see RPM as well. THis peak HP and TQ means nothing w/o what RPM its being made at. Maybe all this peak powerband is actually unuseable except for dyno queening ;)
Out of the 2 exhaust trims you posted go w. the .70, quicker response then a .82 but more limiting than a .82. But for 400hp you wont need the extra volume of the .82

That is a VSV, there are 2 of those. 1 is for the EGR and the other is for somethign that I dont remember right off the top of my head. Pretty easy to find in the manual, i think its for the FPR
