Add a couple of resonators. Measure the length of the test pipe and fine a resonator that length. Or, if you don't mind shortening your exhaust, get the longest resonator you can fit up there (like a 24") and re weld the flanges back on to make it fit.

Have you checked the sub frame bolt torque? Weird alignment settings can make that happen too. Like rear tow out or positive camber.

Yep. Compression test and coolant test to see if exhaust is getting in your coolant. You DO NOT want coolant getting in your oil so don't drive it until you have done these.
