For me I had already upgraded the ct before I installed the exhaust. I did not have the problem before the 3" turbo back....

Its close to 2.75 inches OD of the inlet...

Mine does that too as soon as I put on the 3" exhaust. It seems to overshoot more as the outside temps get under 35 degrees...I think its normal...:)

I think I paid $50+ at the dealer for the lower gear. But it has been a while...

I was closest..:) lol No it wont hurt the valves, they are non interferance engines.. Jeff says the belt is 28-38$ at the dealer, I called mine today and was told $45.. but call around..I dont think they vary much from brand to brand....

At my toyota dealer that belt lists for $45 for the supra.. I will call and get a price for a cressida in an hour or so...

On the belts, I got my info from Ian in some thread a while back.. Maybe he will chime in.. But i will do some comparing locally.. Ever since fast and the furious came out, prices have increased on anything with the supra name on it, imo..

I prefer Gates belts personally, But that still does not justify the *supra* price gouging.

Then why is a supra 7m timing belt marked up 300% more than the same belt as the 7m cressida?? It is totally unreasonable imo...:3d_frown:

Keep an eye on http://seattle.craigslist.org for supras. Pick your city of course. I see lots of them in my area for under 3k..

I would keep looking for an unmodded car. So you can make sure its done correctly for less money..

I have never had a bad experience on ebay or anywhere online ever. But I always ask questions and look at past feedback to get an idea of who I am dealing with.. If the seller only had 3 good feeds then I keep looking.. I am also a firm believer in the saying: If it sounds too good to be true...
