Yes. It should fix the oil dripping into the plug valley. Not much else can cause that. I say it is not normal to loose coolant if every thing is working properly. You have a leak somewhere. Start looking at coolant lines and I would pressure test the coolant system for leaks. Hopefully...

I know the TurboXS FCD does not work with the 89 ecu because there is no rpm signal wire. The HKS type 3 does work by removing fuel cut protection all together. However, I hear there are better ways of getting around fuel cut.(adding more fuel).

Different sizes for different hubs on different cars, but only one size for the supra that I know of.. The best 9$ I have ever spent. The tire store should have a good selection.

Some wheels center by the lug nuts, (lugcentric) Mine center by the hubs, (hubcentric). Basically with hubcentric wheels they can make one wheel type fit many different cars by changing the hub ring...
