Ok so me and a couple friends finnished up puttin a different 7m engine (original had rod knock) into my 1 friends mk3...after pluggin everthing thing in, setting the timming and filling up the fluids. He goes to start up the car, cranks over, runs really rough for about 3-4 seconds and dies...

ok so today i try to lock/unlock my doors inside with the power lock button, shit doesnt work, i try openning my windows on both sides and it doesnt work...any ideas? everything was working ok until today except for the power locks they seemed sluggish a while back anyway. can anyone help!?
