Mo: It sounds like a stuck/sticky thermostat to me. If you are sure that you are not loosing coolant after burping it, see if it still does it, Then try a good thermostat.

I would not play around with an electric fence box anywhere near my car. Not only could it screw up your electronics, but those boxes are very powerful and can cause bodily harm and or death to anyone who may brush up against your car. Lock it up and or call the police if it happens...
