Yeah.. I know there are like replacement door panels you can get that are aftermarket.. But i think there carbon fiber and are expensive..

No haha all i did was paint them with that vinyl/fabric spray paint that you can pick up at almost any automotive store.. It works really good..

Why don't you let me answer my own thread questions justin.. And it turned out not be that great of a deal.. $2500.00 for a supra that burned more oil than gas.. had dry rotted tires... had rusted solid tie rods.. and the only upgrades were the fake hks exhaust, the 20 dollar egay strut bar...

Actually i did buy the car for drifting.. I was looking at 240's and found the supra.. I would of preferably had the hardtop but the targa is nice to have because i took out my ac and I live in arizona.. so ill need as much air flowing in the car as possible haha..

Update.. I have not had that much time lately to work on it but im still gettin some stuff done on it.. So it was running but it idled really high and if you gave it gas it died.. It turns out that the IGT signal wire was not sending a signal to the ecu of when the plugs were firing... I...

Dang.. That 2j looks all nice and polished up! Got to admit that no matter how much you loved your 7m, that the 2j just looks way way cleaner and less cluttered.. This build should be sweet!

I want to check and make sure that I don't have any shorts in any of my coils on my 1jz swap.. So can someone tell me how to properly ohm them... Like what are the specs.. and between what two places do i ohm? Like between the two pins on the coil or between one of the pins and where it touches...

Damm the cherry picker is known to mess up bumpers... Thats why I want to sell that one and get a better one.. And you need to clean up that engine bay.. Are you planin on leaving it red or painting it flat black like the rest of us?

I like that Intercooler setup.. Shorter pipes is always a good thing..

Hmm.. Please don't take this the wrong way as it seems that you are very maticulously building that engine and props for that but a stroked 7m? Was that not one of the main problems with the 7m design in the first place? (That it had to long of a stroke).. There might be a reason why there are...
