Yes it will fit, but you will have to trim the hood latch bracket... Also, you will have to figure out what to do about an over flow tank for your radiator... Here is a pic of mine, you can see how I mounted it with welded on tabs... I can get you pics of the hood latch bracket if yuo need it...

I change the title for you... Anyway, my first turbo Supra was just an SAFC2... I still ran the AFM... Second turbo Supra, I ran an HKS VPC w/ an SAFC2 wired in to clean the signal... The VPC was incredibly easy to use... I made 512rwhp at 23psi using this management, only ever so lightly...
