when the coil pack is relocated to wherever it is he's putting it, they should be pretty close to the stock sized wires, some people will even use a wire set for the NA (like 8.5mm MSD's) cuz they are a longer. To my knowlege no one has had problems with the wires being too long so far. Ever...

If your power goals are ~550 HP and under, 2.5" piping will suffice for most. Getting 3" hardpipes will lower the velocity of the air going through it too low and you will be getting no where fast ;). Critical velocity is where you want to be at with the tubing (barely under CV actually).
And that's why a person inquiring about buying a long block would do their research on them first before buying something like a long block out right ;).
