Blown head gasket... Future plans and temp fixes... Pls help

Pull the engine, inspect the bottom end/bearings, replace all the bearings with new Toyota bearings, change the head gasket with motor out of the car, you can get by for cheap, but that is considering your bottom end doesnt have any problems. If your crank has issues etc then you are going to...

    ATF to flush my engine...???

I have never done it personally but i have heard of people having good results with doing it, just adding about a quart soon before an oil change. You need to be careful here... If your car was smoking out the tailpipe or shooting coolant out the overflow and that was it, i would say sure you can change the head gasket and a couple other necessary gaskets for very cheap, but you said your coolant looks like "mayo" or "milkshake" as they...

Valve buckets & shims got all mixed up (Stupid red squirrel!!!!)

You want to be careful about going too tight, you can burn valves that way, especially on the exhaust side. As long as its in the specs from the tsrm, you should be good though.

Reusing Pistons for rebuild?? Boost controller?

I have seen stories and videos about people sandblasting used pistons ( including on horsepower tv) but had read recently that particles can embed themselves in the metal, and ruin your cylinder walls, so just a warning, don't blast them! At least not with sand.
