honestly i wouldnt think it would be worth it, the power increase thereafter would be minimal at best... you'll need a 3inch cat anyway and downpipe... if you are going to do the exhaust cheap dont just punch a hole in your cat either, sell it for 50 bucks (the going rate of good cats...
