check your vac line to the brake booster as well. mine was loose once and it did that. other than that it doesnt make much sense unless your hard lines are messed up.

not that i know of, it wouldnt make much of a difference. no yes i bought a "manual" radiator and got auto *shrug* (oem from koyo) no difference in cooling as the space the automatic transmission cooler takes up is super small.

automatic transmission, you should have two connectors for the TB (3 with cruise control, if only 2 just use cruise controls) usually you use some type of variation of your stock setup

if you do have a bhg after you are done fixing it i would clean the system out yours looks thrashed with all of the brown Goo (old coolant, rust etc)

i sold my old truck to my uncle and he has run it to the ground at 350k miles (he cant take care of engines well) i hope to take it back and fix it up again :) and a 7m would rock in those trucks.
