who doesnt! :):). i just dont have (close to) 3 extra thousand to spend solely on a 1jz front clip (maybe im just looking in the wrong places :( ) and i already have many of the parts i need i would otherwise get from a 1jz... aristo = to the ecu they are similar if not the same but the body...

titan motorsports sells stock usdm cams if you really want em. and 2jzgte didnt come with soarer. soarer had 1jzgte 1uzfe and 2jzge. and the altezza came with a 3S engine vs the is300's 2jzge :)

ebay, but they do not swap right in (they dont even swap right into the non turbo mkiv's) or buy a new one from toyota this is why most people stick with a different transmission... if you had the money to buy a 6 speed (cost the same, if not more.. than a 2jzgte engine itself...) i would...

you are right it really isnt that difficult but it is costy Lol i think its more cost effective to go n/a 2jz to turbo vs 2jzgte to mkiiii, especially if you are like me and want to go single right off the bat. and 2jzge's are as low as 200$ and the average 2jzgte is $2100. front clips a few...

with 2j you need pans and the mkiii's drivetrain with a mix of 1jz parts and then you need a way to get all of your gauges working :(

oh the 1jz and 2jz im sure they are the same to install minus the wiring... then again it costs twice as much as the 1jz to install a 2jz...

ive seen the vette engine in a mkiii it was nice. i say stop throwing fits everyone and stay on topic. now everyone knows the best engine in the world is the 22RE. why? because i said so. end of thread. lol

i like it too minus the wing, i would stick a c-west on it and race that bad boy on some serious road races. yeehaw. too bad they arent easy to get.. or cheap.. i cant even remember who makes them...

if i had to choose between the 240 and the supra. i would keep both and put 2jzs into both :):) and thats only because the 240 is light. i think its an ugly car personally...
