it could've been, especially if power was sent through ground. usually stuff just stops working outright after that happens.

they just might be, i only have dealt with the 7m turbos and a non turbo a340e but i wouldnt see why not hehe. its cheaper to use more common parts especially when it comes to bolts :)

well im suggesting to do a 1.5jz actually hehe i use your car project as an example :) 2jz bottm blocks are cheap and there is plenty out there. its just suprisingly easy comapred to going from a straight 2jzgte.... because you HAVE to factor in the wiring, the pans, the transmission though...

do you have any from your old engine? i used most of my bolts from when i changed my autos on my 7m... i have about 30 of these bolts laying around my garagee heh

Im curious as to if the tach would work for a 7mgte cluster on the aristo? dr tweak said it wouldnt~ so im not sure.... he did my harness and did a superb job at it...

well ive went into it before but mainly efficiency. sure a 2jzgte is oh so legendary blah blah blah lick its nuts and say you want more.... but you could get a mean 1jz or 1.5jz, a mean 2jzge turbo'd, or have a stock 2jzgte sitting in your car. how i see it, fitting a 2jzgte into an mkiii...
