I would say definately get a bigger fuel pump. That will richen up the mixture quite a bit.

To roughly calculate a 1/4 mile time from an 1/8 mile time, divide the 1/8 mile time in half and add to the full 1/8 mile time get the 1/4 mile time. Works pretty well. My 1/8 time was 9.3(divided in half=4.65) calculated 1/4 mile time=13.95 Actual 1/4 mile time 14.35 so a little optimistic...
