Check the hose on your MAP sensor. It might have popped off.

You should look harder. I know people with 'gen 1' 1Js with the shorter pcv hose and those with 'gen 2' 1Js with the longer one. There's no correlation between turbos blowing less often with the 'gen 2' setup.

That PCV hose does nothing. I've had both and turbos will still blow. Another myth as far as I'm concerned.

On the 3 sets of blown turbos I've had, there was only smoke(alot of it) during idle.

HS wasn't a joke for me. I took very challenging classes and participated in an award winning marching band and also did hurdles for the track team. If I didn't challenge myself with AP and honors classes in HS, I wouldn't have the drive, motivation, or discipline to take on the course work...
