1st off, welcome, second you want 500ish rwhp, not hard, so 1st step is do a gte swap or 2j then build the bottom end with all forged parts stock is only good to 400 but i would not push them to that, second setep would be to get some sort of boost controler new IC i would get a nice oil cooler...

sounds like a afm problem, or boost leak, the car should scream at full throttle. so 1 of 2 things something is wrong with fuel or the air fuel mixture is borked, so check o2 sensor afm or reajust your maf pro etc etc might go as far as checking all fuel related systems

on a scale of 1 to 10, thats about a 6.5, i would try and find a new head just in case

mine are 80 may 82 pounds gor 20k miles on it no problems, have not needed to re torq edit.... ARP bolts stock head gasket

i have no waste gate control on mine, Redneck rig ver 1.1 lol, i just learn how to control the boost with my foot :-P

Do it right, get a new line from toyo dont try to patch up lines that have fuel runnin thru them unless you like carbeq's

fill it up with some oil them spin it, its free floating soooooo there is now a gap where there needs to be oil, i dont know why anyone would use grease on a turbo thats just silly

i relocated my igniter pack and related parts to the front end so they got more air and stay cooler

reset your ECU Pull the EFI fuse and put it back in after sitting for 5 mins

check your alt connections then start checking wires that fuse grounded out so that means there is a bad wire some where

just get the injectors there not much now days......

a ct 12 ct 26 set up would work but it would still be kinda crapy

that pump is freakin nasty... go get a new one i replace mine every year along with my fan cluch

dont worry about it, i got the same wires on mine and they are cut too

every time i got to a import meet i feel lucky that i have a big turbo be happy guys that we have the trim opts and one of the largest stock turbos to date :) CT-26 Ftw

you do know that the stock cams are good to about 500 600 hp hell maybe even more right ?
