you are missing the point, you need to hot tank it now cause that acid is all over the block and head now, you could change the oil 20 times and it will still have traces of it, spend the extra time drive 3 hrs if you have to or pick a different motor for your truck
you don't play with fate on...
I am a dick for telling you how it is OK guess so first off coolant that mixes with oil becomes acid and right now that acid is eating away at every soft metal in that motor that's why the build is fucked. you have to start over to try and save it at this point would cost you more in the longrun
starters on the mk3 have that problem, best to get a new starter but first check the lead that hooks in to the starter and make sure its clean, if it is the starter is fubar
you might have the egr hooked up but a jdm ecu wont use it, at all, you see the usdm turns on the egr when it needs to be on otherwise it stays off via the switch valve under the intake manifold
assuming you are using the jdm ecu
Csis is $$$$$ then there are 2 different ones and if you try after market there is no telling if it will be correct just saying
The man asked so I told him

yes you can, on my old car i spliced the green wire to the starter thick white/black (auto) Black/Light Blue (M/T)
this is not the correct way to do it, and you can flood out the car very easy doing that
