Well finally decided to tear the 7m apart due to a blown head gasket. Here's what I found : Looks pretty clean considering I never rebuilt it before. Melted piston? Here's another shot of it in different lighting.

Yup its a modified sprocket. They use the oem sprocket so there's no belt fitment issues. I'm running BC 274.

Thanks for the site Red. I was looking for fidanzas or titans cam sprockets but ultimately went with jun. Finally found a site that sells jun products more-japan.com. They carry 7mgte jun sprockets so I'll probably buy from them.

What do you guys think about this found it at supracarparts.com. Polished Aluminum Plate adaptor, mounting hardware, plug and play wiring harness, HKS Twin Power Module is $599. You gotta get your own MK4 coils though. Im not that good at fabricating so I'm thinking i might get it.

Bought a kit not too long ago. I didn't get the 3000 pipe because already had the hks one. Also got the radiator pipe and turbo inlet all flanged for hks bov. WASTE of my money! Great product but bought a Ron R. ffim. I think it's worth the money. Might be selling my kit soon all new never used...

I want some good quality cam sprockets (7MGTE). I want a pair of JUNs but cannot find any. Anybody know where I can get some? I know HPF used carry them. Whats a good alternative to JUNs sprockets?

I think you wants some Desmond Regamaster's. Rota's Slipstreams suck hit a bump at a high speed and they'll crack.
