Well I'm stumped for now. Only so much I can do from here. All I've been able to deduce is that your fan isn't running at speed and that is what I think is the highest likely source of your overheating. Why is your fan not running at speed? IDK.

Did you check your ATF level in the resevoir yet? I think you're jumping the gun with the water in the oil. I mentioned it because if you did have water in the oil you should not be driving or starting the car anymore.
