i changed mine thinking it was clogged up after being on there from day one. but surprisingly it was fine. changed it a few mortimes it the following few weeks thinking it was the problem to my car not starting. got to where i could change it in about 8-10 minutes....lol
wrong section to post but i'll try to help anyway. is the vacuum line that goes to the heater control valve conected? if so is it working? check there first then if that is all ok check for blockage in the heater core.

In theory yes the exhaust dam effect could be restored but the amount of overlap would need to be correctly sized and there is a possibility it would affect the torque output and curve depending on what was done to the ports. For every action there is a reaction and its still true here

color match to the outside color. if you will go through takeing everything out to paint it the right way then you just soon do the whole car at that time if you say it will all be that color eventually.
