just take a tape measure to the junk yard with you and measure the maf and make sure it's a 3inch... they should be on the higher end camaro's or trans am's and what not...
EDIT: I'm running this setup right now but I'm thinking about putting the maf in my IC pipes and putting it in blow...
I used like 3 coats of primer and then an engine paint... it was old ford blue... it was the best blue to match the blue interior... I'm doing my hardpipes in it right now as I type... they are almost done... I'll post a pic of them in here so you can see the colors...
how would I go about swapping them onto another intake mani... do they need to be adjusted with a voltmeter... any help would be greatly appreciated...
thanx guys
I don't think there is any... if you think about it your still losing metered air from the vented bov... the stocker is still putting some of the metered air back in... but some of it's escaping making your run rich... at least that's what I think... someone else might chime in...
the only difference between the stocker and the hksssq is that the hks holds more psi obviously, and it unlike the stocker will vent to the atmospher, when it does this is vents out metered air causing your motor to run lean/rich in between shifts... the stocker feeds the air back into the intake...
I think some more people have... have you done a search for maft pro...
EDIT: I'm running just the maft system and I like it... I wish I would have waited for maft pro...
