3 quarts is fine. some guys experience a little blow-out through the seals when they put in the extra 1 - 2 cups. and yes, do some reading in the motor oil/lubricant section!

Umm, well... Where to begin? ................Uhh, I guess the "CT" designates the state that I live in, and the "supra" part, ...well, I really have no freaking clue as to why I put that in there.

I'm running 7qts of 5w-30 Royal Purple, right now. 2500 miles and not a problem. Perfect Tsrm oil pressure spec. I have at least another 2500 before I need to change. Thinking of switching to Amsoil next.
