most superchargers have self contained oil supplies in the gear box. my m62 has supposedly 100,000 mile oil, i change it every 25k along with installing a new coupler

yeah those are bad ass, the only one i've seen was on a saturn coupe. it makes a really funky sound, almost like a roots blower at low pressure, but a bit deeper.

i'd like to hear more on the specifics on this. we don't run pcv systems on $20,000+ latemodel motors that spend 60% of the time sideways at the track. we use breathers, the only down side is low rpm idle, which is also a result of the cams, and the fact thaton occasiona you can end up with...

looks like everything is in there, except the back seats but have removed: wood, metal bracket, sound deadner in rear(on the carpet too), antenna/wiper motor, wiper, wing, tools, tire, jack etc... removed complete ac system and other various items i'm making it lighter to make up for...

anyone run breather filters on their valve covers instead of a catch can?

i searched but didn't come up with anything... i would like to find out the thickness of the oem headgasket so we can calculate out the compression that i will be running after decking the block with the titan 1.4 or 2.0 headgasket. or.. if anyone happens to know the information already...

yeah it's a beater, that's why i have about $1500 in engine parts and machine work in it right now. come see me in another week and i'll be $2500 additional in the hole. i don't give a crap what this car looks like, it's a sleeper. if i want to "look pretty" i have a $24k supercharged cobalt...
