D: is the fuel pressure VSV. Doesn't really matter where it is mounted as long as the vacuum lines are routed properly

H: Brown wire is probably knock sensor wire...
First: If you got the kit from Driftmotion, you should contact them on any questions you have.
Second: The stock size kit has Helicoil kit M10x1.25 & 13/32 drill bit
edit: It did not come with the drill bit, but that is the correct size.
No you don't have to remove the fan. Like Poodles said, there is a cut out section to allow passing between fan and radiator.
You will have to remove the upper radiator hose and accessory fans. Removing engine undercover, if you still have it, makes it easier to put the section piece back on.
If I listed one, I'd leave out twenty.
Also, many have helped me without even knowing it while I search.

I wonder if that's what happened to mine. I got the Exhaust Depot one, from Supra Store, a few years ago. Recently the insides fell apart causing an exhaust restriction. I don't remember any lean conditions. Guess I'll have to look back through my logs to see.
