lol, yeah he's not the brightest dog....:( lately we have been working on broken window 2. He tries to eat lizards from the inside when they are outside :nono:
last weekend my car went down for a few things. My dog decided he wanted to help and jumped in my car and then would not get out. So I just let him hang out there. After 1-2 hours I finally made him get out. He stood the entire time.
He is honestly the weirdest dog i known.
brads car on the dyno

my neighbors loved me
Ok i'm done. I was going though all of my old pictures and figured i may as well post them for you guys to enjoy as well.
the mph is always a good indication of what power you are putting out. This is why I pay more attention to my mph at the track than anything else.
Given the weight of your car (mosly likly similar to mine) and the mph, i'll bet you if you put the car on a dyno it will be right around...
maybe you just need some dyno time? or a wb for some fine tunning With that mph you are probably just around 300hp. Get the little issues worked out and i'm sure it will wake up the car.
your mph is low. I was running a mph of 104 with only an exhaust and intake. If you have the stock cams in there, right around 6500rmp is where the power band is going to start dropping off.(unless more boost is compensating for the loss of power at higer rpm's) So that may have been a good...
actually they made a gtu-s which is the n/a version with everything but the turbo. One of my good friends has one and that car actually kicks ass. power isn't very strong but it rules the twisties. I almost love that thing as much as the supra. its an all around drivers car.
Please explain.
On turbo cars a 430 rear end does not load the engine enough to build boost. the more load you can put on a car the more boost it will make. hense why higher gears are good for turbo cars.
for example my friend makes 316tq, i make 290tq. he is an auto with a 430. I'm a...
ding ding. That would be one of my first choices. Mazda know what is going on when building a car to handle. Pretty much all of the rx7's and rx8's have a 50/50 weight distribution. The FC TurboII has an extremely stiff suspension and 4 piston front 2 piston rear calipers. If they were not...
so without touching the head we are up to an expensive 1j clip. to each their own. I choose my route and am very pleased with that decision and wouldn't hesitate to do the same thing over again.
Medal headgasket + completely gasket set
arp hardware. (we all know how well stock rod bolts hold up)
new oil pump/water pump
So now your 1300 in parts is getting closer to 2k in parts. then add in bearings $100 bucks
proper machine work is over 1k not including jack and mikes shop...
