could you made a good one out of a sheet of plastic like ABS plastic? it would be fairly ridged and light and not cost an arm and a leg. should be fairly easy to shape also. a heat gun and you could bend it if you like.

cooling? i don't have that under car piece nor a fan shroud and have never had a problem with it over heating. Mind you i have never sat in traffic with is so it just may have never gotten the chance to run hot on me. is there a factory shroud that does not have the cut outs for the AUX electric...

mine was given to me and now i have about 2 grand in it. it's worth what you are willing to put in to it. just remeber it's a 20+ year old sports car. make sure the car is sound before you start modding.
