I sold my Dual Pillar Pod because it was too much of a police magnet. I only had one gauge and i mounted it on the steering column. IDK where i would put my Turbo Timer if I bought the Perrin Pod. I've been thinking about it though. I'll post a cell phone pic later.
here is the Perrin Pod:
If I were to buy a MKIV, it would be N/A and just for kicks, I'd either swap in a 7M-GTE or a 4A-GZE just to piss off the MKIV guys :sarcasm:
1J = teh shit - IMHO ;)
i don't think it really matters, just make sure after you install your new pumpkin to line up the holes correctly. It took me a few hours my first time replacing it. I was by myself.
make sure you have some PB Blaster
it makes things quicker. Also a pry bar would help after you unbolt the...
I'ma catch up to you soon, jerk! lol. you wont be pulling on me during 4th anymore! or maybe we can just go on the freeway, but no stopping @ 120! LoL.
No Johnny, actually, the Eibach's are soft. but noticeably stiffer than stock.
Small little update. since some people are concerned for pictures, here is a couple pics of my BIC Re-Routed DDP. I got it used so it's not too pretty, but it will do the job just fine.
guess I'll give it a shot.
-Eibach Pro Kit Springs
-Tokico HP Shocks
-This setup is definately stiffer than stock but still has a stock-like ride quality. It's great for a DD, but falls a little bit short when driving "spiritedly." With a 275 tire up front, a mild roll will eliminate...
dude, honestly, you need to chill out. I was in no way prading around that Eneos is the best oil ever made. I was just showing what i will be using. does it really bother you that bad that you have to go out and bash people for using it or even mentioning it just because it doesn't match up to...

It's a price I'm willing to pay to keep my engine clean! Gas for me is at $4.39/gal right now and as stated in another thread, if gas hit $7/gal..i'd fill up on 100 octane since the price has been fluxuating (sp?) from...
Don't know if it was mentioned before, but the capacity is 18 gallons. But you have 5 gallons left when the light goes on ;)
In my old N/A, I got about 25-30 mpg's depending if i was flooring it or not. I always put in 91 too. I skimmed sometimes and put 89 though.
i know how that is :3d_frown:.....i can't keep in "gas saver mode" for more than 5 minutes. (it's when i never take it over 3k)
20?! astounding...i think i'm getting like 17ish if i'm lucky....but i am using 5W-50. I was told the oil you use can affect the mileage as well...i noticed i got less...
Not sure about the organization question...but it's a special tow hook to fit with his APR Strut Bar. IIRC, it's bolted on top of the strut tower. He had a hole cut in his hood so he can have it there.
Targa > Hardtop.
If you're too into hardtops and don't want to give it up...buy a targa and weld it shut. If you look underneath a targa car at the jacking point tab thing that runs along the underside, you'll see that 99% of the time, it looks un-abused. if you look underneath a hardtop...
