when working with the mkiii supra i have run into these 240sx guys and all i can say is that....
i dont NEED a body kit.
my car IS faster.
i only think people like 240's because of japanese cartoons and the drift craze. :squirt-mo
if you are unsure you can have the alternator tested for free at most parts stores. i am familiar with this trouble i just cant recall what exactly causes it
soapra explained it just right - the section with the VSV port goes to the pump and then the hard line routes under the pan. the final piece bolts to the rack.
i used my old auto tranny mounts to bolt it under the pan with rubber in beteween and its held up just fine since my car has been running
yeah the sensors are very different (trust me ive tried Lol) the hole is too small on the r154 to fit the ABS sensor. iirc the same harness section will wire up, the auto just has more grounds that you dont need on the manual harness. did you wire in the reverse switch?
if your starter doesnt work i have one on hand i can send if you pay shipping. just pm me your details and i can get a shipping quote (take the starter to a parts store to test to eliminate that as a reason)
