man id say leave the boost levels for a minute until you have worked out the weaker spots in your system. sounds like you have quite a bit of prep work involved already.. why blow it all up with a (relatively) huge turbo before you can really enjoy it?
wow thats crazy! will your hood close if you take out the bottom rubber insets? i had to get some rubber machined for new lower mounting bushings so my godspeed radiator would fit. its a bit taller, but thats crazy man! post a couple more pictures of how its sitting in there if you dont mind...

..actually, its NOT terrible, and is quite fixable, like others are saying.
your car was really clean tho man! dont let it die.. the supra has an erie tendency to make you think youre done with it and then latch on emotionally in the long run.
