ive never heard anything while under load, full boost like that, but i do get a consistent flutter when i shift. is this just because its recirculated and its unavoidable or what? im on the stock bov by the way. all hoses running to it are brand new

does it really need to be replaced that bad? focus your time and money elsewhere for the time being if its not completely shot.. otherwise, i would stick to a disc as opposed to a 6 puck until youre making some decent power.
