They do make air ride coilovers. The actuators to raise and lower normal coilovers are extremely expensive and were developed because of the minimum height laws in Japan.
Yet again, another pay to play.
The main reason they make kits to add a temp sensor to the upper radiator hose is because it's easy to do, not because it's best to do. OEM's use sensors on both sides of the t-stat for varying reasons.
Apparently you're missing the point that it's completely normal and repairable. It's not hacking any more than replacing the bearings and polishing a crank is.
Especially in the context of this thread, where we're talking about a rebuilt head.
Could be a pinhole leak somewhere (radiator cap could cause it). Or the radiator, shroud, crappy t-stat (had it happen more than once with parts store ones) could be the issue. Less likely is waterpump (they're stamped steel from the factory, the bearings go out first) and headgasket (I'd...
Nitrous has multiple benefits on a turbo car, so you tend to make more power than what's normal for the jets.
Safety is the primary concern though. If there's a chance that someone will ever drive your car, you might want to look into running a key based arm switch so it can't be messed with...
FCD was never meant to be used alone. It was meant to be used with the full HKS suite of piggybags.
Without it... Grenade without a pin comes to mind.
Why are you hitting fuel cut without a boost controller? Boost controllers can't lower boost. Sounds like either 1) you have a shimmed...
Don't recommend the flexalites at all.
Best bet is to use something that's OEM off another car as they're meant to last. Aftermarket fans don't have that kind of quality.
It's not a new head, it's a rebuilt one. If you want to pay $2325 to get:
- Rebuilt head (mine was $600 and I got ripped off)
- New cams (they look questionable in pics)
- Bored out throttlebody (buy a Turbo-A one if you really want it, but it's not necessary)
- ECU upgrade (yeah right! they...
