Same thing is happening to me, I want to see the video to verify.
I have a new battery installed and charging system is charging perfect. I do have a new fuel filter I haven't installed yet, Should I do it and see.
Oh, one more question. The pulsation damper on the fuel rail has a screw on the...
I have been working on Led tail lights and front turn signals for about 2.5 weeks. I will be finishing them tomorrow but I would like to show you the componant layout that I have made. This design requires 244 leds just for the rear and a total of 848 Holes to drill not counting resistors. I...
I watched the games of both leagues. Sorry to Say But I'm shooting for the Redsox.
I do have to say that the game today (diamondbacks @ rockies game 3) was good and that catch from rockies 2nd baseman was nasty. Sliding and juggling the ball but still maintained to get the out.
Here is the video for the event my car comes in at 2:05 in the video. Please download and don't stream thank you. This pull was at 15 psi with n/a cams. Where is all the smoke coming from? What should I replace?

true the chances are very slim. Does anyone have any info about the 7mgte vs the 1jzgte for emission/smog testing? Would the 1jzgte pass the 7mgte sniffer test?
Yep, Thanks to foreverpsycotic I may be going 1jz. But I definitely swap back to turbo cams and get a newer ct-26 that isn't blown.
Does anyone know if the 1jzgte is a LEGAL engine in the US?
I don't want to swap to engine and then get my car impounded and destroyed for the engine. I have heard...
Well I was thinking around those same lines. It doesn't smoke unless i'm heavy into the boost for alittle bit of time. So, normal driving it is not an issue. Anyone else have ideas or support this idea?
So many of you know I dynoed my car last saturday and to mainly compare n/a to turbo cams. Right after the technician would release the throttle I would heavy heavy oil smoke coming from the manifold area in the engine bay and out the exhaust. What do you feel could be the issue? Here is some...
The n/a cams were pulled from a freshly built head. The turbo cams are unknown wear. Drifting was a lot easier for me with the n/a cams. These graphs also show two things. Notice the loss in power at 18 psi compared to 15psi? The ct26 was blowing hot air after 15. It just didn't have enough air...
N/A cams ftw < 15psi Turbo cams >15psi on the ct 26
For 15 psi I would have to say go for n/a because of the HUGE torque increase but less then 10 hp loss which you will not feel. You will definitely feel the torque.
This dyno run was with a blown turbo seal too ;) I'll have video soon and...
I have seen much discussions over which is better to run for performance and here are the result. no A/F readings were saved to file for some reason. video page 5
Graph 1 : Turbo cams 12psi BPU(intake ,full exhaust, bov, everything else stock)
Graph 2 : N/A cams 12 psi BPU but bosch 110...
