It helps just not on a stock engine. and yeah the GE ignition is not the weak spot. its the "GE" that is weak.....lol

RazoE, the MSD doesn't give you a stronger spark unless you have a hotter coil. The MSD "Multi Spark Discharge" actully fires 5 sparks per cycle in stead of the single spark. Seen it on an ignition scope at a shop i worked at years ago. Was pretty cool to see it working.

You guys run regular gas? I have always run 93 in mine.

Yeah I can but that will only solve some of the problems with the car. I have to rewire the knock sensor and get a new trans cable and the bracket that holds the cable near the throttle body. Then after I fix all that see what eles I need to fix.
