I know the hose behind the head I couldn't find a replacement for except toyota (90 degree). I looked everywhere around here i thought it would be easy to find but nope.
maybe i was going to jack the car 10ft in the air and and pull on the tranny until the engine fell out ever think of that? huh? seriously i wasn't thinking of not using one heh
Justin I hope you still have a back when you're older :nono:
lol id borrow a hoist I know a few people with one. I was just making sure if it was truly worth it to take the whole thing out at once. I guess it is.
Theweezl: What kind of stand are you referring to?
and yes im up to the task. Ive done an HG on my old supra worked out fine. Entire...
Im doing everything. The block you name it. Whats the best way to go about this?
A. Take off the hood and start disassembling
B: take out the engine with tranny and disassemble on the floor
Is it worth it to take out the motor to work on it? Ill probably be working in my garage keep...
Your still not going to be able to touch anything under there when its at operating temp. These engines run pretty hot. It shouldn't be like a blast furnace when you open the hood but its still pretty hot under there.
shouldn't heh
not only flush out the inside with water but use a bit of pressure with the garden hose and get all the mud, leaves, dirt whatever out of the fins. Spray water through the fins until its clear it majorly improves its efficiency.
