At well over 100 bucks for the center bearing alone i'd say just save a bit more for a one piece, that's what i'm doing.

If it is perfectly straight and just dirty, i'd say 100 would be reasonable with the lip. The lip looks to be in good condition.

Are there any consenquences from running the hose from the charcoal canister straight to the port on the throttle body and bypassing the BVSV?

14.8@94mph with a 2.3 60ft. Mods: Air filter, mbc at 10psi. Motor has 163k on it.
