i used autometers for 3 yrs and when i switched to DEFI's i was blown away. Quality guages go a long way and i gaurantee you that if you get some autometers now you'll change your setup so often that the amount you spent on them you could've gotten yourself some better gauges like HKS, greddy...

it's hard to say how much louder it is. The stock exhaust is VERY quiet. I can tell you though, that my car with this exhaust, FMIC, and hardpipes it sounds like a jet. My turbo is VERY audible if that's what you want...........tanabe is one of the quietest exhausts for the MK3.

ok i know this is ancient technology, but what about oxy/acetalene??? i used that in class to weld steel and aluminum and my welds looked amazing. We also did arc welding and that was a bit harder and messier. Never got into MIG though..........but what if you NEVER plan on welding aluminum...
