I figured out my boost control problem.
I did not acknowledge that the top and side ports on the external wastegates need to be plumbed. The stock configuration on the WGs have a line going to the side port from each turbo pressure source and that nets 10psi base boost. I tee'd the pressure...

Should be pretty easy to know if it's your clutch or not. Are your RPMs shooting up when you brake boost?
You are smoking some seriously good shit if you think that's even remotely close to being possible.
NA has no torque and no power. At the very least a 2J NA is a bit peppier than a 7M NA.
I dont think I need a hump hose. I just need to give that IC pipe more slack. The way I tightened the pipes down, the coupler was being pulled on the entire time even when not revving. Revving just stretched it more.
