Five-Se7en gets expensive because of the ammo (reloading is not recommended at all) I'll also say that .40 is far easier to obtain compared to 10mm. Some people shy away from it, but 9mm is fine too :) 38 and 380 are better than nothing, but most ammo doesn't meet the standards for...

Miatas are considerably more stiff than our cars. They were designed as convertables from the start, and they have a main brace (power plant frame) that links the transmission to the differential.

Flex sections wouldn't break unless they're being actually used... Unless you're running solid motor mounts, keep the flex section.

Interior is not made anymore, coilovers are. In other words, don't sell and just wait on the coilovers.

There's really nothing wrong with the setup, it's cheaper and less of a hassle in many ways :) Converting to a true 2JZ-GTE setup would be quite expensive.

Sway bars definately made a huge difference, especially when I was on stock suspension.

Yep, bearings get linished to the proper size. It's also absolutely critical for the oil holes to be lined up. Yes, the eccentric would be for a mechanical fuel pump, though so far as I know it was never used on that block...

They need to be sized regardless of what you do.

IIRC the TRD bar won't fit over a stock 7M, you'd have to go FFIM. It's probably one of the only ones that would do anything as it doesn't have any rotation points.
