It'll be fine lol
These motors could use a slight jump in torque and HP when trying to get in boost lol
I run 93 octane all the time
So I see no problem

How are the pressures between top and bottom different when applying pressure through accordian?
From my understanding it will pressurize pcv hoses
Then it will pressurize the compete motor (internals)
With 20psi of pressure in the motor that may or may not be enough to roll the crank seal...
I wouldn't pressurize using the accordian hose
The pcv system will pressurize and may cause a crank seal to push out
Best thing to do is make a boost leak tester for your intercooler

Lol no problem
You'll probably be shocked at all the small leaks you'll find
I just put zip ties on the small lines to help seal

spraying soapy water on your engine wont show vaccum leaks
vaccum is suction, so maybe the water would be sucked in through the line lol
i wouldnt recommend using the fog machine
at work we use a OTC evap smoke machine...works pretty good but doesnt show the small leaks
best way i found...
no i didnt make any progress
sad to say that my motor said to hell with me and blew my MHG(or cracked head) and began to have some real bad blowby issues lol
she really didnt like a good long hard 4th gear pull
160xxx miles on stock bottom end that i have beat to death since january lol...
Just read you replaced cam gears
Did you removed cam caps?
If so what did you torque them down to?
You positive you installed gears correctly

Seems weird that you installed new belt but can turn the cams
When belt broke did you line cams and crank up or just threw a new belt on?
With the belt off(as ij pointed out)
It's pretty easy to turn cams
Heck you can do it by hand
Becareful when cam snaps so you don't pinch a finger

With all the Lexus AFM swap threads with good explanations on how and why certain components are needed
Why would you still not listen and install AFM without bigger injectors?
Just like everybody else has pointed out 550's, screw adjustment and some sort of piggy back fuel tuner is needed to...
welp!!!
looks like next weekend is tear down for the ole girl
going pretty much stock rebuild with HKS MHG and ARP everything
it better hold up to the abuse next year at the track lol
if it doesnt....then......
ill shove my 452 stroker big block in it lol
