hehe I hope so :)
no pics so far, but I have installed the thermostat and since it's a bigger unit I had to shorten most of the hoses and I think thats the way to go when replacing an AN hose end. One hose (the longest one of course) needs to be longer.
I'm having some problem with my new...

Today I started on my new oil cooling system.
I have figured out placement of the oil cooler, filter mount and the thermostat.
Now I only need to route the oil lines.
I have also worked some more on my HF box during the past days.
It's soon ready for testing...

Today I bought an extra gauge cluster which I will install new gauges in.
I will keep my stock cluster for back-up reasons.
The other day I bought some more parts for my HF box and picked up some neon trafos from work.

That flange is the same one that I showed last summer.
When I did it I didnt have time to use the propper milling tools to complete it. I had to do it this way or wait the whole summer due to renovations.

It was only a quick trip to the garage today.
But I did manage to remove the broken pressure relief valve, so now I need to buy a new one :)

I tried trimming the black piece a bit more, but it will not work. I'll have to trim a lot from the white part and I'll still have to modify the clear plastic piece.
So I'm going to make the gauges trim sit flush with the black piece and then cut a hole into the clear plastic for each gauge. I...
Hello,
I know that many of you have done this before and I have searched for the info I'm looking for but failed to do so.
First of all, I'll be using Swoosh 60mm SM68 gauges and I'll replace the boost, oil pressure and water temp gauges in the stock cluster.
I have done some trimming for...
hehe the pics won't show much of the cracks since I tried to weld it, or wait, one of the cracks can still be visible :)
I will hopefully have the parts in a little bit more than a week.
