What is the difference between the two motors besides the pistons and the fact that one has a turbo. If I took 2jge block and crank and put 2jzgte pistons and rods in it would it be the same motor.

are the 1j and 2j pistons and rods the same? And if they are why can't order 2j internals for our motor with the exception of the crank?

YOU know for a couple of days I have been debating what to do. And you know what a rb26 is only a 2.6L , I have seen them make well over 1000hp built. I know they have stroker kits but it doesnt take it to a 3.0L.
