I would check the radiator cap and also make sure that the radiator is not clogged.

^ lol, I would also look at the oil cooler lines as well. Replace those 2 lines and see what happens.

Looks nice. Do you plan on doing the other gauges? Also you said that your ont big on pillar pods but you can get a nice 2 gauge pillat pod and it will look like it came from the factory and you can also install the "Oh Shit" handle. I have one and it looks very nice and clean.
